東莞市潁川五金制品有限公司是一家專業從事沖壓/拉伸/拉脹/壓延/鈑金五金模具設計與產品生產、CNC及數車加工的企業，依據客戶提供的樣品或圖紙，為客戶提供模具開發、零件加工及表面處理一條龍服務。目前公司五金產品涉及的行業有：通訊、航空、高鐵、醫療、汽車、家電、餐廚具及燈飾五金等。
公司除為客戶生產普通五金件，對造型復雜的異型殼體及深伸拉件模具開發及產品量產有專長，成功開發了不少難度較大的拉伸模具并量產。兩款典型案例的拉伸模具設計制作方案已寫成論文在《模具制造》雜志公開發表---2012第3期發表《異型殼體深拉伸模設計》、2013第9期發表《金屬殼體拉脹模具》。
Dongguan Yingchuan Hardware Products Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in Stamping / stretching / expanding / calendering / sheet metal hardware mold design and product manufacturing, CNC and lathe processing. According to the samples or drawings provided by customers, we provide customers with One-stop service for mold development, part processing and surface treatment. The current industries involved in the company's hardware products are: communications, aviation, high-speed rail, medical, automotive, home appliances, kitchenware and lighting hardware.
Besides providing the ordinary hardware for our customers, our greatest advantage is to develop the moulds of complex shaped shell and deep stretching products as well as to make the the bulks. We have succeeded in developing many difficult drawing dies and made the bulks which satisfied our customers very much. The thesis about the design program of two typical drawing dies has been published in the magazine Mould Manufacture 2012 3rd Issue named Special-shaped Shell Deep Drawing Die Design and 2013 9th Issue named Metal Shell Drawing-bulging die. |
